Price and convenience.
Not many (any) restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel offers good value to business travelers. It is only 5-10 minutes from National Harbor and offers a very economical alternative to the hotels there.

Breakfast selection if you do not eat carbs.
Would recommend it to anyone, Will always stay there if possible when I am in the area.

I was really impressed with the room and the amenities and the breakfast was fresh and on time.
The hotel over all was very nice and honestly not what I was expecting especially for the price. It truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and approachable.

Nice free breakfast in morning. One block from the I-495 Branch Ave. exit. Nice rooms, comfortable bed and all the recent movies were available.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was good. It was a little hard to locate the road and on GPS we found that it was not listed as Holiday Inn Express, but as another hotel, which made finding it even more difficult. ...read more
